Crossfit is an established chain of gyms across the UK that delivers a specialist type of workout. CrossFit is a mixture of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting and is an all round functional strength training program. Combining core training, body weight training and even kettlebells, it is the perfect strength and cardio workout. CrossFit utilises functional movements in varied daily workouts in a group environment.
Kit we provided
Tomorrow’s Creative provided a DOP and camera package that included a Sony FS7, Go Pro Hero 4 and a the DJI Osmo light weight gimbal system. The wide range of camera options enabled to achieve dynamic angles and shots for this promotional video. Go Pro’s were attached with clamps to the gym equipment and the actors wore body harnesses to give the audience a first person point of view.
