About
Yoga Video Series with Nicky Water
The yoga video series with Nicky Water is a calm, studio-shot set of episodes focused on mobility, flexibility, and feel-good movement. The aim was to create simple, easy-to-follow videos that viewers can do at home. At the same time, the series needed a clean look and a steady pace, so the instruction stayed clear from start to finish.
Because yoga content relies on detail, we kept the setup tidy and uncluttered. We also planned framing that shows full movement without distraction. As a result, viewers can follow the flow with confidence, even if they are new to yoga. In addition, the series format lets the audience return again and again, which helps build trust and routine.
Project overview
This online yoga series was built as a set of repeatable sessions. Each episode follows a simple structure: a short intro, guided movement, key cues, and a clear wrap. That structure helps viewers stay focused. It also makes the videos easier to use across a website, email, and social channels.
Filming approach
We filmed the yoga video series in a controlled studio space to keep lighting and sound consistent. We created a relaxed set, so the delivery felt natural rather than forced. We also captured extra angles and detail shots. This gave us more choice in the edit, so the final videos feel smooth while still staying easy to follow.
Editing and delivery
In post, we shaped each episode to keep the pace steady. We cut for clarity first, then added variety where it helped. For example, we used angle changes at key points to keep attention, while still showing the moves clearly. As well as full-length episodes, the footage can also support shorter social cutdowns if needed.
Who this is for
If you’re a coach, studio, or wellness brand, a yoga video series is a strong way to teach online and build a library of content. It works well for websites, member areas, and LinkedIn-style thought-leadership posts.
